  • The norms and regulations of the destination country will apply to all international orders. Any government-imposed institutional taxes, customs charges, or fees must be paid by the customer, who in this case will be the importer and must adhere to all destination-country rules and regulations.
  • The receiver is responsible for any charges or customs duties levied in addition to the product's price paid at the time of entry into the destination country. Our courier partners may charge additional fees.
  • The company cannot predict the final amount due to the dynamic nature of these charges. Customers should contact the customs office or one of our courier partners to know further about such charges.
  • The customer must follow all rules and regulations when returning the product. The customer will be considered the exporter and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all export laws. The customer will bear the shipping expense, and the same amount will be subtracted and returned.
